Gift Planning Officer (Potsdam, NY)
Position Summary Guidelines: The primary function of the GPO is to identify, cultivate, solicit and steward individuals as these individuals make outright and deferred gifts to the University. The position is externally focused, requiring extensive travel. A GPO creates and maintains relationships as a philanthropic advisor and must maintain and continuously expand their knowledge of annual, major, and planned giving strategies. This position requires a highly motivated and energetic professional who will succeed as part of a dynamic, collegial fund-raising team. Relationship building is a key component both internally and externally as GPOs need to be able to position current University programs and needs. This position acts as a representative of the University and is assigned to staff fundraising and alumni events. This position recruits and manages volunteers and oversees fundraising projects. This position may act as a representative of the fundraising office with internal constituents, e.g., a school/department advisory board or the Alumni Leadership Council.
Minimal Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Communications, Higher Education Administration or a related field and/or 5 years of experience in the Business/Relationship Management style role .

Assistant Director of Admissions (Potsdam, NY)
Position Summary: Manage an assigned geographic territory to recruit a diverse, qualified, and talented group of students to the college. Interview and evaluate prospective students. Serve as part of a team of representatives of Clarkson University participating in all aspects of enrollment management; perform duties that contribute to the attraction, recruitment, selection and enrollment of a freshman class based on stated policies, procedures and goals of the University.

Position Summary: Support and maintain the administrative work flow of the ROTC Air Force Department. Provide first contact for faculty, staff, and students while maintaining and updating records for all. Administer policies established by the departments regarding budgetary, personnel, and academic changes. Process all necessary University forms (i.e. change of major, minor, disbursement orders, expense forms, requisitions, etc)
