Student Achievement Specialist (Potsdam, NY)
Position Summary: The Graduate Student Achievement Specialist supports and coaches graduate
students by providing highly integrated case management services to triage, refer, and support student
achievement goals. Cross-trained to entry level knowledge in academic record keeping, student financials, and federal student loans, this position serves as a key link for connecting the subject matter experts within each unit to resolve stakeholder concerns and educate constituents on pathways to financial clearance and academic achievement. This position serves as liaison between the Office of Student Achievement and the Graduate School.
Minimum qualifications Bachelor’s degree, or Associate’s degree with at least 2 to 3 years of experience working in higher education with a focus on service to students, financial aid, student records, and/or student accounts.
