Students are invited to decorate their Residential Doors/Hallways/Areas for this year’s Halloween Hall Decorating contest! Students have from October 25th-31st to showcase their Halloween/October Holiday Spirit and submit their entries by October 29th at 8:00 p.m. using the QR code in the flyer above. Decorations must adhere to all campus regulations in addition to fire safety policies and the decorations guide.

*the one addendum to this only during the applicable dates listed above, students may cover up to 50% of the front of their door only, as opposed to 20%.
**Violations of campus policy and or Fire Safety will be removed immediately and any appropriate conduct or sanctions can follow. Those entries will be disqualified. Students may submit photos or videos of their entries using the QR code on the above poster. Please make sure to indicate your first and last name, building, and room/apartment number. Voting will take place from 9 a.m. on October 30th to noon on October 31st.
Voting will be open to all faculty/staff and students through cmpaus announcements.
The winners will receive Free Sergi’s Pizza sponsored by the Clarkson Human Resources Office.
Students participating in First Year Cup (FYC) will gain points towards their floor for entering. Students can enter individually (by room) or with the entire floor/area.
More detailed information for FYC eligibility and additional ways to gain points will be communicated through FYC announcements.
