The Graduate Writing Center is offering a series of writing workshops. The workshops are for one hour once per week with an additional individual 30-minute meeting during the week as time permits. The focus is on writing up primary research for a report or article.
The schedule is as follows
October 17 – Structure for the Reader: Info Flow
October 24 – Preparing the Background/ Literature Review
October 31 – Considering Results for the Purpose of Discussion
November 7 – Writing the Introduction
November 14 – Coherence between all Sections and the Abstract
We will meet in BH Snell 177 which is a hybrid classroom, so you may attend in person or through zoom. We will meet from 6-7 p.m. That session will be primarily instructor presentation with some student-to-student activities. We will NOT be recording the sessions.
