Dear Residents,
I hope this message finds you well. We are pleased to announce that the application process for the position of Residential Advisor/House Advisor for the academic year 2024-2025 is now officially open.
To access the application form, kindly navigate to Knightlife and locate the form titled “2024-2025 New RA_HA Application.” For your convenience, here is the direct link. Please ensure that you are logged into Knightlife to access the forms, which can be found in the DOCUMENTS tab on the Residence Life page.
Application Requirements:
- Cumulative GPA must be 2.0 or above
- Good academic standing
- TCS HAs must maintain a GPA of 3.0 or above
- Conduct records will be considered
- Have been on campus for at least 1 Semester
- Resume attached to your application
The application period is from January 29th to February 16th. We kindly request all submissions be completed no later than 4:30 PM on February 16th, as applications received after this deadline will not be considered.
You may submit your application by sending an email to Area Coordinator Micheal Lee-Edwards at mleeedwa@clarkson.edu or by delivering it to Price Hall between the hours of 8 am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday.
Additionally, the 2024-2025 RA/HA Professional Reference Link, a mandatory component of the application, can be accessed in the Documents Tab on the Residence Life Knightlife page.

Group Processing will take place on February 17th from 10 am – 2 pm. Scheduled interviews will be conducted on February 18th. The time frame for interviews is TBD. Closer to these dates, our team will provide more information on the process. If you have a prior commitment preventing attendance, please communicate this to either Micheal Lee-Edwards (mleeedwa@clarkson.edu) or the Residence Life Email (reslife@clarkson.edu) at your earliest convenience.
For those unfamiliar with the role of a Residential Advisor/House Advisor, our Area Coordinators and Mentor Residential Advisors will be hosting tabling/presentations. An email containing details about the dates, times, and locations of these informational sessions will be sent out soon.
