Supporting Each Other: Navigating Change as a Community
It’s difficult to remain focused on teaching during times of sweeping institutional change. But, ultimately, we share a dedication to our students and their success. How can we best achieve that right now? And how can we best help each other?
Faculty and staff from across the University invite you to join us to chat about:
- Challenges you currently face at Clarkson.
- Perspectives on the future.
- Strategies for managing change.
- Ensuring that our students receive a world-class education, even amidst change.
Meetings
We will meet every two weeks, with meetings mixed between Zoom and in-person. The time will shift throughout the semester based on participant feedback, but we’ll start with two sessions:
- An in person session at the Petersen Board Room from 12 – 1 on Monday, February 5.
- An online session held from 1 – 2 on Tuesday, February 6. Join via Zoom Meeting.
Connections:
This is a low-stress opportunity to chat about things that are happening and help one another out.
- Please feel free to invite people!
- This is open to any non-student employee of Clarkson University!
- No forced participation – feel free to just listen!
- No formal agendas or reading materials!
- No commitment – come and go as you are and as you please!
