Amber Stephenson, Associate Professor and Director of Healthcare Management Graduate Programs in the Reh School of Business, gave the Distinguished Herbert W. Vaughan Lecture at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, medical ground rounds on Friday March 1.
Moderated by Dr. Thomas Lee of Harvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health, Press Ganey, and Brigham and Women’s Hospital, the Vaughan Lecture presentation, “Closing the Gap: Unleashing Leadership Potential in Primary Care,” featured Stephenson’s research about Primary Care Physicians (PCPs) motivation and resistance to taking on leadership roles, published in Harvard Business Review, Journal of Healthcare Management, BMJ Leader, and the Journal of the American Board of Family Medicine.
