Magic! Balloon Animals! Zentangles! Cookies!
CURE 2024 begins June 1!
All faculty, staff and graduate students of the Clarkson community are encouraged to join Clarkson’s Unconference Refresh Event (CURE!) for conversation, community, and more! Feedback from CURE participants is that they always learn about something or someone new at Clarkson!
This year, we’re focusing on the ‘hidden talents’ amongst our colleagues. During each session, a member of the community will teach/share an unusual skill in an interactive workshop. All materials provided!
CURE dates are:
- Wednesday, June 5: Coreen Bohl will teach us about structured doodling via ‘Zentangles’!
- Wednesday, June 12: Jacob McNamara will show off his balloon animal skills. Plus, special guest magic show!
- Thursday, June 20: Katie Kavanagh is bringing cookies and icing, and we get to decorate yummies to take home!
All sessions start at 9:00 am (informal socialization at 8:30 am). Sessions wrap around 10:30.
Join sessions as you are able:
- In Person: Basso Patio, Student Center, Potsdam Campus
