Bryan Greene ’04, Jessie (Conklin) Pappis ’04, Lauren Livermore ’04, and Victoria Ballestero ’14, MBA ’18 have received the Woodstock Award from their alma mater, Clarkson University.
Presented each year during Reunion Weekend, the Woodstock Award honors young alumni who have demonstrated outstanding loyalty and service to Clarkson and the Alumni Association and who have used their Clarkson experience to make a notable contribution to their careers.
Greene received his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University.
He is CEO of Quadrant Laboratories, a subsidiary of Quadrant Biosciences. He has been with Quadrant Biosciences since 2015 with previous roles as COO and VP – Operations.
Greene is active in his community, participating with Community Faith Partners, which helps those in need with home repairs and upkeep. He has also served as a coach for over 50 youth teams.
Greene has continued to be involved with Clarkson as a first-year student mentor. He has a long family history at Clarkson, with both his father (Mark ’77) and mother (Cindy Dowd Greene ’78) serving as Alumni Association president. His sister, Beth Greene Monaco ’07, also attended Clarkson.
Greene and his family are in the process of moving from their home of 11 years in Dryden, NY, to Baldwinsville, NY. He and his wife, Jen, are the parents of four boys and two girls, with another due in October.
Pappis ’04 received her Bachelor of Science in Business and Technology Management from Clarkson University.
In 2013, she co-founded Veritas Prime, an SAP Technologies Partner, with three others, including two fellow Clarkson alumni. Pappis serves as the chief revenue officer.
Pappis’s company partners with SAP to offer package solutions by reselling, implementing, supporting, building product extensions, and managing payroll services through BPO. Pappis co-chairs the SAP SuccessFactors Partner Advisory Council and serves on an SAP MidMarket PAC.
Her company is dedicated to providing employment opportunities for Clarkson undergraduates and graduates, and boasts a large network of Clarkson alumni.
Pappis is involved in her community, supporting local initiatives and volunteering with organizations that promote education and career development for young professionals.
Pappis is a Legion member in Clarkson’s Good Knights Guild.
She resides in Orlando, Florida, with her husband, Michael Pappis ’03, and their two children.
Livermore received her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University.
She is a senior project manager at the Syracuse office of GHD, a global engineering firm in the water industry. Prior to that, she served as Deputy Commissioner of Regulatory and Technical Programs at the Onondaga County Department of Water Environment Protection, and as an engineering consultant.
Livermore is involved with the American Public Works Association, the Society of Women Engineers, and the Water Environment Federation through the New York Water Environment Association, where she served as president. She is a recipient of the Central New York Business Journal 40 under 40 award.
She has supported the Clarkson NYWEA Student Chapter, participated in alumni events, and served as a mentor. She has also served as a guest lecturer.
Livermore met her husband, Seth Livermore ‘04, during their freshman year. They have two children and reside in Liverpool, NY.
Ballestero received her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Master of Business Administration from Clarkson University.
She serves as vice president and operations manager at ATCS – a regional engineering consulting firm headquartered in Herndon, Virginia – at its Prince George’s County office in Largo, Maryland that she opened in 2018. At ATCS, Ballestero and her team of land development engineers created a micro-credential program on the Fundamentals of AutoCAD Civil3D that provides students with foundational knowledge of the industry-standard software through a video series and practice files.
Ballestero has served as president and secretary of the Maryland Society of Professional Engineers – the state chapter of the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE) – and is a founding member of the NSPE Women’s Leadership Task Force, an active leader in the Maryland Building Industry Association and chair of the Foundation for Applied Construction Technologies.
Ballestero is a member of the Clarkson Civil and Environmental Engineering Advisory Council and has lectured for many Clarkson programs.
Ballestero is a Legion member in Clarkson’s Good Knights Guild.
Ballestero lives with her husband, Jordan Hall, in Alexandria, Virginia.
