The Human Resources Recruiting division has been preparing to transition from our current application tracking software (ATS), Clear Company, to a new solution, iCIMS, for a go-live of 8/1/2024. iCIMS is a best in class product utilized by a huge portion of the educational market as well as 25% of the Fortune 500 and it is the #1 ATS in terms of market share.
What this means for Clarkson is we will now have a talent acquisition platform that allows us to attract, engage, hire, and onboard candidates for our open vacancies with a smoother user interface. iCIMS can be customized to meet hiring manager preferences, with higher quality touch points, and fewer steps in the process than in previous years. All of this comes at a significant cost savings from our previous platform.
While we finish out the build and integration into PeopleSoft with the help of OIT, we will look to work with hiring managers that have open requisitions to ensure no gap in coverage or loss of functionality. Additionally, we will be announcing training sessions in the weeks to come along with new process maps while we roll out additional functionality of the new system.
