Move-in Day is Friday 8/23, and we need your help! We are looking for Staff and Faculty to welcome our newest Clarkson class with open arms and smiling faces. So much of the student’s and family members’ experience dropping their student(s) off to campus is impacted by those who are here to greet them, help them, and guide them during their first few hours and days here. As a staff or faculty member, helping with the move-in crew allows you to provide a huge benefit and relief to our newest Clarkson community members.

Roles may include:
- Helping to direct student volunteers in the unloading zones
- Directing traffic
- Accompanying/guiding new students and their families to their room or other areas of campus
If you sign up, you will receive a brief training session/materials in advance of Move-In Days so you’ll be completely prepared to assist. We will contact you with your specific assignment one week before move-in.
Recommended to bring for your shift:
- Water, Snacks
- Sunglasses, Hat
- Folding Chair
- Sunscreen, Bug Spray
- Umbrella
- Your Golden Knight Cheer/Pep and Pride! (mandatory)
- Past move-in crew shirt, if you have one
