What can Business Services do for you?

As everyone prepares for the new academic year, we would like to supply the campus community with a listing and description of the various functions provided by the Business Services group.

Shipping & Receiving:  

UPS, FedEx and DHL Services

  • Next Day Air – Saturday delivery available to most locations
  • Second Day Air, Third Day Saver, and Ground Delivery
  • Multiple package shipments at all service levels
  • International Express
  • International Standard (Canada and Mexico only)

Courier service is also available.  If you have any items requiring pick up service, please contact Shipping & Receiving at x6543.

Duplicating/Mailing Services:

  • Digital B&W copies and Color copies
  • Manuals, handbooks, class work, exams, notepads, and stapled booklets
  • Departmental brochures, flyers and business reply postcards
  • Pre-sorted barcoded mailings (opportunities for substantial postage savings)
  • Address printing services
  • Secure exam scanning (grading) services

Administrative Mailroom:

The USPS mail is sorted and delivered daily to designated mail stops on campus.  Packages are processed as they are received and delivered throughout the day.  We provide pick up service for outgoing mail and packages, metering and transport to the local Post Office.

If you have a personal package to send out, you can bring it to Shipping & Receiving located at the FAS Building.   As a courtesy service, we do deliver any pre-stamped personal mail placed in the department mail tubs to the post office but cannot be held responsible for any missing items.

Central Supply Room:

The supply room is located in the FAS Building and is the primary source for Clarkson letterhead, logo envelopes, copy/colored paper and exam bubble sheets.

Additional items available for campus needs are batteries, tape, dry erase supplies, safety glasses, earplugs, first aid kits, shop towels, cleaning supplies and more.

Student Mailroom:

The Student Mailroom is located in the basement of the Student Center.  In addition to the mail and package services for the students, the mailroom also provides the services and products below to the entire campus community.

Registered, Express, Certified and COD Mail, Stamps and Stamped Envelopes
