Please help Clarkson Dining give a warm welcome to our newest team member, Stella Hong, Catering Executive Chef. Stella recently graduated from The Culinary Institute of America with her BBA in Culinary Arts. She worked as a Catering Intern alongside Executive Chef, Charles Williams, at the Sodexo Binghamton account for 4 months helping execute many large-scale events.
