September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month (CCAM)

What does CCAM Honor?
CCAM honors children and survivors who have been affected by pediatric cancer. The color gold is used to represent this month.

Leukemia
Brain & Spinal Cord Tumors
Neuroblastoma
Bone Cancer
Lymphoma
Retinoblastoma
Rhabdomyosarcoma
Wilms Tumor

Did you know?
Childhood cancer is the leading cause of death for children under 14 years of age.
There are more than 12 types and 100 subtypes of childhood cancer.
Only 6 cancer drugs have been specifically made to treat childhood cancer.
More than 17,000 children are diagnosed with cancer in the United States each year.
