Dear Clarkson Employees,
As part of the Employee Engagement Committee, we’ve noticed that many offices, departments, and divisions are gearing up for some spooky costume contests! We want to spread the Halloween cheer across campus and encourage everyone to join in the fun.
Here’s the plan:
- We will be creating a map of participating offices that will be handing out treats for a little “trick or treating” adventure! This is a great way for everyone to stop by, say hello, and enjoy the fantastic costumes.
- Plus, we’re hosting a costume contest! We’d love for your department to submit photos of your creative get-ups. Voting will be open to students, faculty, and staff, and the winning group will snag a trophy for their office! All the costume photos will be showcased on campus TVs at the start of November.
If you are planning on decorating your office please refer to the Halloween decorating fire safety rules attached.
- To enter the contest, just send your costume photo to Emma Blaiklock at eblaiklo@clarkson.edu by 4:30 PM on October 31st.
- If you’re excited to spread some Halloween spirit, please fill out the Google form below by 4:30 PM on Monday, October 28th.
