We know the holiday season is a popular time to purchase or receive a new mobile device. TAKE NOTE: Before you switch to a new phone, there are steps you must take to avoid account lockout. Before you activate the new device, you will need:
- Your old device available and powered up;
- Login to a desktop or laptop computer; and
- You may also need a separate phone when calling for activation.
