These updates only apply to employees who reside in NYS and become effective January 1, 2025.
NYS Paid Family Leave 2025
The employee contribution rate will increase from 0.373% to 0.388% of the employee’s gross wages. The maximum annual contribution amount will increase from $333.25 to $354.53.
NYS Paid Prenatal Leave
‘New’ Leave Law that allows pregnant employees (NYS Residents Only) 20 hours of protected paid time off for prenatal care or any medical care related to pregnancy.
