Employees and students are encouraged to sign up to receive an electronic W2.
To sign up go to PeopleSoft HR > employee self service the W-2- W-2c Consent.
Check the box giving consent and then save.
We will be mailing W2s to anyone who doesn’t sign up no later than January 31, 2025. We will notify employees as soon as the electronic W2s are available in PeopleSoft.
