CUGSA Budget Planning

If you are a current E-board member of a GSA-funded association or planning to create a sport club or cultural association that does not exist in the Clarkson graduate community and would like to have a budget next year, please read this email.

We are planning on the allocation of budget for next year. Please submit your budget requests no later than Monday, March 31, 2025, at 11.59 p.m. No late submission will be accepted. Failure to complete the form on time will result in having no budget in the academic year 2025-2026.

Note:

The majority of E-board and members must be graduate students.

The club must serve mainly for graduate students.

If you plan to create a club or association, you may still submit a budget request form. However, to claim the budget for events in the following year, your organization must be registered on the Knight Life page and have an official Clarkson email address for the club or association.

The knightlife page should be updated and everything should match with this form and knightlife.

The event which you requested budget for,  should be open to the public.
