Position Summary: This position performs a wide variety of record keeping and payroll processing activities including computing, processing, generation and distribution of payroll as well as the related reports, reconciliation of various payroll deductions and maintenance of paperwork. Must be a team player with above average time management and problem solving skills with a high degree of initiative in identifying problems & issues and planning appropriate actions. Must possess the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a high stress environment with minimal supervision. Attention to detail and strict confidentiality required. Must be able to assume Payroll Manager’s duties when needed.
Minimum qualifications: High School Diploma or Higher. 2-3 years payroll experience.
Range: $23.00- $26.10 salary based on experience

Program Manager (Potsdam, NY)
Position Summary Guidelines: This position is essential for the EHS Department to maintain compliance with fire and life safety code requirements. This position is responsible for inspecting over 2,000 pieces of life safety equipment (fire extinguishers, emergency eyewash stations and showers, emergency lighting units, exit signs, etc.) every month and generating work orders for follow-ups on any inspection failures identified during the process. This position also reports any safety issues or concerns observed throughout their travels while conducting their inspections to EHS.
Minimum qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Range: $15.61- $18.68 based on experience

Research Associate (Potsdam, NY)
Position Summary Guidelines: Conduct research related to the assigned research project including planning, data collection, data analysis, writing and submitting project reports and publications. Hire period for 8 months: May 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025
Minimum qualifications: PhD degree in Analytical Chemistry or Material Science with demonstrated experience in electrochemistry, analytical, materials and environmental chemistry.
Range: $50,000 based on experience
