Healthy Older Adults Needed for Research on Walking Study Task: • Walk for 6 minutes on a treadmill and overground • Vital signs, including blood pressure and heart rate, will be taken • Walking pattern will be video-recorded • Two days of sessions, each lasting 60 minutes Who is Eligible? • Healthy individuals aged 60–90 years • No recent impairments that would hinder walking for 6 minutes Where? • Motion Analysis Lab, Room 3102 (3rd floor, Clarkson Hall; Downtown Campus, 59 Main St, Potsdam, NY 13676) • Clarkson University Alumni Gym (Main Campus) Compensation: • $25 gift card for your time For more information or to volunteer, please contact Alexa Madrid at cumotionanalysislab@gmail.com. Announcement: Are you 60–90 years old and interested in participating in research? We are conducting a walking study to assess motor and cardiovascular function. Participants will walk for 6 minutes on a treadmill and overground while we measure vital signs and video-record their walking pattern. Each session lasts 60 minutes, and participants will attend two sessions. Eligible participants are healthy adults aged 60–90 with no recent impa irments that could hinder walking for 6 minutes. Sessions take place at the Clarkson University Alumni Gym (Main Campus) or the Motion Analysis Lab (Downtown Campus, Clarkson Hall).
