CUGSA Annual Travel Grants Available

CUGSA is excited to announce the 2nd round of the annual travel grant to graduate students. This travel grant is for those presenting at conferences who are seeking financial assistance to cover part of their expenses when they are not fully supported financially.

Calling applications for the travel scheduled through July 1st, 2025 – December 31st, 2025 (Do not apply if the travel takes place in a later date than mentioned)

Travel awards are granted on a first come, first served basis by each department and are limited by the budget allocated. Awardees will be notified via email. Awards will only be issued as a reimbursement, so you need to present an expenditure receipt to get the award.
