Dear P-Card Users:
The Finance Team would like to remind all cardholders that third-party payment platforms are not permitted for use with University P-Cards. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Venmo
- PayPal
- Amazon Pay
- Cash App
- Other similar platforms
If you currently have any third-party payment services linked to your P-Card, please remove them immediately.
All purchases must be made through approved vendors using direct payment methods to ensure compliance with best practice and audit requirements.
If you have any questions about approved payment methods or need assistance with a purchase, please contact the Purchasing Office at purchsing@clarkson.edu
Please run this one time per week for the next week on different days to make sure we contact most of the P-Card users. 4/25/25,4/29/25 and 5/4/25
