Raquette River Dragon Boat Festival

The CU Physician Assistant Program is excited to announce the third annual Raquette River Dragon Boat Festival! Dragon boat racing is a fun sport with a rich history. It is currently practiced in more than 50 countries and there are an estimated 50 million active dragon boat paddlers in the world. This July, you could become one of them! You can sign up to race for free. We just ask that paddlers earn pledges from friends and family before race day; a minimum of $50 in pledges is highly encouraged.
The festival also includes food trucks, drink trucks, music, games, free health screenings, and more! Not only is it an amazing event for the community, but it is also an important fundraising opportunity for the PA program. The proceeds help support mission trips, health initiatives, experiential learning, community service outreach, and health education within St. Lawrence County. We can’t wait to see you and your families there!
