Help students access care from day one

With a new semester starting, now’s the time to remind students of the available mental health and wellness resources available to them. In addition to our on-campus programs, such as SHAC and the Student Success Center, our campus partners with Mantra Health to provide school-sponsored mental health services. The start of the semester is a great time to think about how you can remind students of the systems of support that exist on campus.

Here’s what’s available through Mantra:

  • Therapy – One-on-one sessions with a licensed provider to help manage anxiety, depression, stress, and more
  • Psychiatry – Specialized care with a psychiatric provider for conditions like anxiety, depression, and mood disorders
  • Coaching – Short-term, goal-based support focused on building habits, improving productivity, or navigating life transitions.
  • Self Care – On-demand wellness content and short courses you can access anytime to manage stress, regulate emotions, and build healthy habits
  • ConnectNow – In-the-moment support with a licensed provider, when students need immediate help and guidance, for faculty and staff who face a student in crisis. Available from noon to midnight, daily.

Students can log in at mantrahealth.com/clarkson to explore their services and get started.

Please help us spread the word as the semester starts and beyond. Early awareness can lead to better utilization of resources and a healthier, more supported student community.
