Important Update and Reminders for CU Pantry Food Distribution

Dear Clarkson University Students,
Thank you for participating in the CU Pantry food distribution program. To ensure a smooth and safe experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow these important changes and reminders:

  • Entry Formation Update:  To prevent congestion and ensure safety in the hallway near the distribution room, all students will form a line using the seating area of the Form. The CU Pantry team will then guide you when it is your turn.  We will no longer be allowed to have line-ups in the hallway
  • Bring Your Own Reusable Bag:  Please remember to bring a reusable bag to carry your items. Boxes should not be left in hallways under any circumstances.
  • Do NOT Sort Items in the Hallways:   Sorting your items in the hallway creates congestion and poses safety hazards. If you need to organize your items, kindly move to a different location within the Student Center.
  • FBCNY Card Registration:  If you have not yet registered for an FBCNY card, there will be a separate line for registration. Once you’ve completed the registration process, you will be directed to go to the back of the line for food distribution. Registering early will save you time and make the process more efficient. Pre-registration will take place again on Monday, September 8, from 1:00 – 2:45 pm at  Bertrand H. Snell Hall 341.You may visit the Pantry during its operating hours to complete your pre-registration as well.

Your cooperation is essential in making this program successful and safe for all participants. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to these guidelines.

Thank you for your support of the CU Pantry initiative. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at deanofstudents@clarkson.edu.
