This summer, we invited the Clarkson community to join our Leadership and Management Summer Reading Group. Whether you were a senior academic leader, a middle manager, a staff member, someone considering a promotion, or a student curious about leadership in practice, you were warmly welcomed.

High Output Management by Andrew S. Grove, former CEO of Intel. First published in 1983, it remains one of the most practical guides to leadership, management, and organizational effectiveness. Grove showed in this book how strong leadership is about building systems, leading teams thoughtfully, and delivering results—lessons that were especially relevant as organizations worked to adapt in complex environments.

High Output Management is available on Amazon Kindle for $14.
