This month, the libraries have:
- Added an AI Resources for Faculty guide to the library website: clarkson.edu/library > Help & Services > Services for Faculty and Staff > Teaching & Classroom Support
- Hosted the Campus Conversation to discuss library priorities
- Met with OT students to discuss their capstone project and individual research strategies
- Provided information literacy courses to three undergraduate classes
- Discussed how the libraries can meet graduate student needs with CUGSA executive board
Looking forward, we have several plans for increasing the library’s contributions to students and faculty. These include:
- Providing instructional sessions on library basics and AI in the research process in October
- Professors can begin to send course reserves forms to the library found here: https://sites.clarkson.edu/library/research-tools-collections/course-reserves/
- Contact Alex Cohen to arrange instructional sessions!
If you have ideas about the future of the library and its operations, please contact Library Director Alex Cohen at acohen@clarkson.edu.
