Phalanx Workshop “Introvert Leadership” Wednesday, Oct 1 at 6pm in ERC1501

Feeling drained after big events or in high-energy spaces? You’re not alone, and you’re not any less of a leader. On Wednesday 10/1 in ERC 1501 at 6pm, join Phalanx for their Introvert Leadership Workshop. This event is hosted by Phalanx Honorary Society in collaboration with Student Health And Counseling (SHAC) and the Student Success Center (SSC).

We’ll explore how introverts can thrive in leadership roles, share strategies for managing your social battery, and offer practical tips for navigating job fairs, campus life, and anything life after graduation throws your way. Whether you’re a quiet powerhouse or looking to recharge with intention, this space is meant to empower you!
