Research Continuity Plan & Modification Request Form

Dear Faculty, 
Please know that all funding agencies are aware and are working on contingencies for the impact of COVID-19.  If at any point your sponsored research experiences disruption or delays, please let SRS know as soon as possible as we are reaching out to agencies to notify them and will report back to them on what is needed to complete the study once the NYS restrictions have been lifted.  Agencies have been communicating that they are fully aware and expect research delays, which has been helpful in alleviating some pressure for institutions. I know this restriction is frustrating and disheartening in many ways for our faculty.  SRS is here for you when you need us, you can reach you Research Administration Advisor via Google IM, Hangouts, email at srs@clarkson.edu, or via phone.  We have up-to-date information on our Research Continuity & COVID-19 intranet site, including current federal agency response guidelines.  If you would like to request a modification to your research contingency plan, you can do so via the attached research contingency plan modification template.  If you have not completed a research contingency plan, please do so. You can find this template attached as well.  At this time only critical maintenance, and potentially COVID-19 related research that is awarded, is allowed, which means any work that is not able to be completed remotely is unfortunately still on pause.  Please contact us if you have any questions.
