Dear Clarkson Staff,
As some of you have already noticed, several faculty members have written a letter expressing solidarity with the students who shared their experiences at recent community forums regarding race on campus. The initial mailing of this letter was unclear about if staff were welcome to sign- we’ve tweaked the statement to be explicitly from both faculty/staff. Staff are welcome to sign if it feels applicable to your work. The statement can be reviewed and signed here. You may also click through to view the list of signatures if you are merely curious.
Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns. We’re hoping to finish collecting signatures on Wednesday, distributing a statement with the full list of signatories to the student body on Thursday.
