An Update from Student Administrative Services – Adding and Dropping, Bill Pay, and other questions answered!

Important information about SAS services are detailed below. Any questions or concerns should be directed to sas@clarkson.edu

Highlights:

  • SAS combines the services of the Registrar’s Office, Bursar’s Office, and Financial Aid Office into a one-stop shop.
  • Your SAS Rep (list below) is your first point of contact for all of your student record, financial aid, or billing questions.
  • We are currently providing services to students virtually, including the ability to add/drop, submit forms, and pay your bill.
  • We can also help if you’re not sure “where to click” in myCU.

Adding and Dropping Classes online:

The electronic add/drop form is now available in myCU! We understand that COVID-19 restrictions have made it more difficult for students to complete paper add/drop forms as it’s not currently possible to get signatures in person. If you are having trouble making schedule changes yourself, you can submit your add/drop form electronically in myCU. The form is located under the Enroll in Winter 2021 tile.

If you are unable to complete schedule changes independently and want individualized help, you may schedule a meeting with your SAS Rep (contact info at the end of this announcement).

To pay your bill, or add money to your account:

It is strongly recommended that you pay by electronic check (aka ACH) through Nelnet. Watch this video tutorial if you aren’t sure how to do that.

If your preference is to pay be check, or if you have a check from a non-Clarkson scholarship, please mail it to:
