CUGSA Stressbuster Virtual YOGA | You are invited!

Dear all,
The beginning of the semester can be a stressful affair. It is important to relax and destress to keep up with the rigors of academia, and an hour of YOGA on the weekend can be a perfect remedy for you.
CUGSA is delighted to announce virtual YOGA sessions to help you destress, recharge your body and calm your mind. We plan to organize a series of YOGA events by a professional yoga instructorbetween 29th January and 5th March 2021, on each weekend on Saturdays between 5:00 – 6:00 pm.
