RSVP Link: https://tinyurl.com/RadicalSelfCareDanny

ABOUT SERIES: The Clarkson Chief Inclusion Office and the St. Lawrence University Office for Diversity & Inclusion have collaborated to create a self-care series open to all and focused on the needs and healing of BIPOC students. This semester we will have sessions addressing: mental health, spiritual health, sexual health, physical health, and culturally relevant veganism. Every other Friday starting on Friday 5 Feb. we will host a different session.

Join Danny Fluker, Jr, founder of Black Boys OM, to explore the work of Black Boys OM, Breathwork and Guided Meditation, Journaling, and a Beginners Yoga Flow. Learn how to appreciate the benefits of yoga without appropriating its cultural traditions. We hope that participants will leave feeling empowered and centered.

The idea grew into building a network that impacts local communities through Wellness Leaders who are already using the tools of mindfulness and Yoga for themselves. This network became a grassroots movement and has transitioned into a non-profit.
