Action Items – Message from the Student Center Mailroom

All Students – Prior to leaving campus, please arrange to pick up any packages that may be waiting for you at the ERC.  In addition, please check your mailbox as only US mail can be forwarded.  Reminder:  Keep your mailbox key if you are returning to campus next semester.  If you turn in your key your mailbox will be closed.

Graduating seniors and non-returning students only – Please return your key to the Student Center Mailroom or place the key in an envelope with your name & box# and drop it into the Intercampus Drop Box (located near the Mailroom window).  If this information is not available we may not be able to identify the box, which could result in a replacement fee.  A $40 lock replacement fee is charged for mailbox keys not returned on time.

  • Keys need to be returned by 3:00pm on Friday, 05/13/2022.  (To avoid the $40 lock replacement fee, your key must be turned in before you leave campus.)
  • To ensure your key is returned promptly and to avoid a fee, please do not leave your mailbox key in your residence.  The mailbox keys should be returned directly to the Student Center Mailroom or drop box.
  • If your forwarding address that is on file with the Student Center Mailroom has changed, please provide your updated address to the Mailroom prior to leaving campus. 
  • Please notify mailers of your change of address.  We are not permitted to do this for you. Change of address forms are available on line or at any Post Office.  Items like newspaper/magazine subscriptions, bank statements, credit card or other monthly bills are especially important, as address changes for these can take weeks to process.
  • Once closed, the box you have been using will be reassigned to a new incoming student.
