Move-in Days to impact traffic flow and parking on campus

We are excited to welcome our new students to campus on Thursday, 8/25 and Friday, 8/26. There will be a temporary traffic pattern from 9am-5pm, on 8/25 and 9am-3p, on 8/26 to account for our move-in process and the additional people on campus. Please refer to the image below for reference.

The Rt 11/Adirondack Trail entrance and the Clarkson Ave/Wahta Dr entrance will be closed to incoming students and their families. The exit lanes will remain available for traffic.

Both the Rt 11/Goldenrod Drive Entrance and the Clarkson Ave/Foothills Drive Entrance will be a one-way onto campus for the safety of our students, families and volunteer move-in crew. Please do not try to go down the one-way for the safety of everyone involved.

Visitors will be asked to park their cars in the Cheel upper lot and the ERC/Moorehouse Lot. Overflow parking will be in the Quad lower lot and the Hamlin Powers Lot.

The Lower Cheel Lot will be closed for the Fireworks show as part of orientation scheduled on Friday, 8/26 at approximately 9pm.

Specific information pertaining to orientation can be found at clarkson.edu/orientation.Traffic flow information
