Our “First Tuesday” for September 4, 2018 will be held at Maxfield’s, 15 Market Street in downtown Potsdam, with SUNY Potsdam and members of the Potsdam Chamber of Commerce. Please mark your calendars and join us!
One complimentary beverage is offered for all faculty and staff who attend plus light appetizers from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. In addition to recognizing our Service Excellence employee of the month at the beginning of the event, we will do a special welcome at 4:30 p.m. for the new Potsdam Chamber Executive Director Maggie McKenna, MBA ’12, who is also a graduate of SUNY Potsdam.
For newcomers, “First Tuesday” is held at the end of business hours on the first Tuesday of every month at a local downtown establishment. Our goals are to encourage connections among employees and the local community, and to encourage familiarity with many of the local businesses, services and dining options in Potsdam.
