Monday, 4/17 5-6pm Got Stress? OSL Suite, Student Center 120
Drop by the OSL Suite on the first floor of the Student Center to connect with SHAC and OSL, while meeting Lucy and Sven, our campus therapy dogs in training and making puzzles, legos and other stress less fun!
Tuesday, 4/18 11-2pm Spa Day, Student Center Forum
Spa Day will feature a variety of stress less freebies including zen gardens, sugar scrubs, fire pit fun, and nail care.
Wednesday, 4/19 7-8pm Zumba with Associate Director of SSC, Kate Mikel and Dance Ensemble, Student Center MPRs
Join OSL and Dance Ensemble for a Zumba class, taught by Associate Director of Student Success, Kate Mikel and learn about the resources at the Student Success Center.
Thursday, 4/20 6-7pm Yoga, Student Center MPRs
This relaxing beginner’s yoga class will be taught by an instructor from the Canton Yoga Loft. We will have limited mats available for use; you’re encouraged to bring your own.
Friday, 4/21 12-1pm Finger Painting OSL Suite, Student Center 120
Let your creativity foster relaxation. You can drop into the suite to make your take-home art.
