Bioethics Minor Lecture Series Continues on May 10, 2023

After a twenty-plus year history of providing graduate level training in bioethics through the Master of Science in Bioethics program, the Bioethics Department of the Lewis School of Health Science will start a new era of undergraduate bioethics education at Clarkson. Starting in fall 2023, Clarkson University undergraduate students will have the option to complement their major study program with a new minor in Bioethics. A National Endowment for the Humanities Connections grant supported the development of the minor and will sponsor a lecture series to celebrate the launch of the Bioethics Minor. The final lecture in the spring series will occur on Wednesday May 10, 2023 at noon EST on Zoom. Dr. Rueben C. Warren is the Director of the National Center for Bioethics in Research and Health Care, and Professor of Bioethics, at Tuskegee University in Tuskegee, Alabama. His talk is entitled, “Sphere of Ethics to Improve Health and Healthcare.”
