On Thursday, June 1, the sword from the Golden Knight statue was found to be missing. The statue is the gift of the Class of 2008 and is a treasured monument of the campus community and of the spirit of the Golden Knights.
The University is requesting the safe return of the Knight’s sword and will not press charges or provide disciplinary action to the individual(s) who do so.
