New Annual Survival Race Date is September 16, 2023
The Akwesasne Freedom School was founded in 1979 in response to the community’s need to have Kanienkéha (Mohawk) Language and culture immersion education. Making this tone of the oldest and long last full Kanienkéha language immersion school in the world. The school is independent and is solely supported by this annual quilt auction and other fund-raising events. Please consider supporting the local school fund-raising efforts.
