Clarkson University Hosts Fulbright Visiting Scholar

Imane Magrez is the new Fulbright Visiting Scholar at Clarkson University Reh School of Business.

Magrez attends Mohamed First University in Oujda, Morocco, where she conducts multidisciplinary research in the intersection of strategic management, industrial marketing and entrepreneurship.

She was awarded the Fulbright Visiting Scholar funding for expanding her research expertise and international networks, while working on impactful research with Clarkson University Professor Christian Felzensztein, who holds the Reh Family Chair in Entrepreneurial Leadership.

“Imane was competitively selected by the Fulbright commission for her intellectual capabilities and social impact she is making to society. Fulbright only selects the best of the best internationally. We are proud to have her among us working on entrepreneurship research with real-world impact for small firms,” said Felzensztein.

Magrez has extensive marketing experience in the North African context working with diverse companies like Maroc Telecom, Numeric Way and Maghreb Film Festival, among others.

She has received several young leader international awards, including the Hult Prize Foundation and the World Youth Forum. She holds a PhD(c), Master of Science in Marketing from the National School of Business and Management- ENCG and completed a Diploma in Leadership at Kansas University.
