The RA’s core responsibility is to foster community and personal development among the residents of their floor through positive interpersonal engagement and structured programming efforts. These student staff positions are dedicated to the well-being and growth of each individual within the hall and the broader residence hall community.

As a TRA, students are primarily tasked with participating in all training sessions and staff events, enabling them to gain a comprehensive understanding of the position and be prepared to assume the Residential Advisor role when necessary.

Attached, you will find the application form for these positions, and we kindly request that you provide a reference contact.
While there are many benefits to joining the team, RA positions cover full housing costs, and TRA roles come with a stipend as well as the guarantee of hiring within the next year for a full-time staff member role.
