Thank You from the CU Pantry!

The Office of the Dean of Students would like to thank Campus Safety & Security and all who participated in CSS’s ticket forgiveness initiative. Nearly 700 items were donated to the CU Pantry through this opportunity.

The Office of the Dean of Students would also like to acknowledge and appreciate the work of Honors students Paige Ford, Hailey Morrissiey, Madison Morsey, Tereska Sorel, and Tayte Wong for their invaluable contributions to the CU Pantry. Through HP 200 (Introduction to Community Engagement), the group selected to partner with the CU Pantry for their semester project. In addition to logistical and clerical projects, they coordinated and executed a food drive which resulted in hundreds of donations from the local community.

Thank you to everyone who has and continues to contribute to the CU Pantry. We could not provide this necessary service to our students without your support.

Anyone who needs to get food from the CU Pantry for the December break is encouraged to do so prior to noon on December 19. At that time, the CU Pantry will close until January 2 at 8am. On Monday, December 18 and Tuesday, December 19, students picking up food for the break are permitted to take up to 20 total items between both days. The CU Pantry will maintain its maximum of 8 items per visit and two visits per week during the week of December 11-15.
