Clarkson University’s Engineering Week!

Clarkson University and the school of Engineering invite you to Engineering Week 2024! Join us from February 26th to March 1st for a series of dynamic events designed to celebrate, compete, and discover the wonders of engineering. Kick off the week with "STEM Day" and the Balloon Race Challenge, followed by an open house with our SPEED teams. Midweek, be inspired by Dr. Melissa Richards' insights during the NSBE Speaker event. Test your skills in the "Engineer Rumble" student competition, and close the week with Dr. Laura Ettinger's engaging talk on women in STEM, in collaboration with SWE. Participate alongside the engineering council, NSBE, SWE, and many more for a week packed with great events and activities. Don't miss this opportunity to connect with the Clarkson community and celebrate engineering excellence!

Join us for Clarkson’s Engineering Week – a celebration of innovation, diversity, and collaboration! This series of events is open to all students and offers an exciting opportunity to engage with engineering principles, network with professionals, and participate in hands-on activities.

Next week’s schedule is as follows:

STEM Day: February 26, 2024, from 10 AM to 12 PM at the CAMP Atrium. Engage with local 4th graders in a fun and educational engineering competition.

SPEED Team open House: February 27 at the CAMP Atrium.  (more details coming soon)

NSBE Engineering Speaker: February 28, 2024, at 2 PM featuring Melissa Richards, Ph.D., in the ERC Atrium.

“Engineer Rumble” Engineering Student Competition: February 29th. (more details coming soon)

SWE Professional Speaker: March 1, 2024, at 1 PM with Laura Ettinger, Ph.D., showcasing her award-winning documentary on women engineers in the ERC Atrium.
