Mantra Health is here for you during exams

The end of the academic year can be a stressful and challenging time. Between wrapping up assignments, preparing for exams, and managing other end-of-year priorities, it’s important to remember to take care of your mental well-being.

All students, including those who are under the age of 18 can also access support and services from the Counseling Center.

Mantra Health, our school-sponsored mental health support service, is here to assist you and provide you with the support you need. They offer a variety of resources including therapy, coaching services, on-demand emotional support, and self-guided content designed to support your mental health and well-being.

The Counseling Center is also available to support students who are having a difficult time.  If you would like to talk to a counselor, please reach out to SHAC@clarkson.edu or stop in our office in the ERC. For students experiencing a mental health crisis, the on-call counselor can be reached by calling Campus Safety at 315-268-6666.
