Maintenance Mechanic Carpenter/Painter (Potsdam, NY)
Position Summary: This is a highly customer service oriented position in which employees should strive to exceed customer expectations. Perform at a journeyman level to construct, repair, restore, and install structural woodwork, masonry, glass and related materials using hand and power tools in accordance with blueprints, specs, established practices and pertinent state and local code. Responsible for estimating material costs and time required to complete project and to inspect work.
Minimum qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Four (4) years of journeyman equivalent experience as a carpenter or painter.
Range: $17.02 salary based on experience

Assistant/Associate Director of Financial Aid (Potsdam, NY)
Position Summary: This position works closely with the Director of Financial Aid and the entire financial aid team in all areas of the financial aid assistance to develop and implement financial aid policies, procedures, and initiatives, which support the goals and objectives of the University and ensure compliance with federal, state, and university regulations. In addition to student caseload and supervisory responsibilities, this position has special emphasis on the overall management of all federal loan programs, federal loan awarding and compliance in the graduate school, and all elements of financial literacy, entrance and exit counseling, and default management.
Minimum qualifications Bachelor’s Degree.
Associate Director
• 3-5 years of progressive financial aid experience
• In-depth knowledge of federal financial aid programs and regulations
Assistant Director
• 2+ years professional experience, preferably in financial aid or related field
Range: $23.07- $27.17 based on experience
