The 2024 Software Engineering Bootcamp is back!

The Software Engineering Bootcamp 2024 starts this Fall on Saturday, October
19, 2024! The bootcamp is led by Olaoluwa Ogunleye (Ola), a PhD student with
industry experience at IBM, Blackrock, and the National Renewable Energy Lab
(NREL). It is organized by three other Clarkson University students: Aniekan-
Abasi Inyang (a sophomore in Software Engineering), Jeithy Jason Ofosu (a junior
in Data Science), and Sucharitha Dodamgodage (a PhD researcher and Biostatistics
Intern at Inari Medical).
The bootcamp is funded by the Clarkson University Chapter of the National
Society of Black Engineers (NSBE).
It covers:

  1. data structures & algorithm
  2. interactive problem solving
  3. access to leetcode premium (very expensive, but we provide it free!)
  4. CV workshop (highly useful)
  5. insights from software engineers at top tech companies

Interestingly there will be two sessions, a beginner class and an advanced class,
depending on your previous experience. Coding will mostly be Python and the class
is in-person running for 7 weekends on Saturday and Sunday, starting on
October 19. Both undergraduate and graduate students are welcome!
Participants of the Bootcamp last year got offers from Microsoft, Cisco, Inari
Medical, MIT Media Lab, Amazon, IBM, LinkedIn, Medtronic, and Plaid.
