Class Description
* Flex-Core (Flexibility & Core Strength), is a new 30- minute class which focuses on the development of stabilizer muscles within the core, leading to better balance and low back pain relief. The flexibility training will help you move more freely throughout your day in addition to releasing stress often held within the hips, neck and shoulders.
*Day/Time: Wednesday, 12:10-12:40pm
*Location: Back room of Deneka Fitness Center
*Start date: Wednesday, October 2nd, 6-week duration
*Cost: $30
*Please bring a change of clean, athletic shoes to enter.
