Join Us for “Where Water Comes” – A Hands-On Family Science Event!

Discover the fascinating journey of water and explore how communities manage water and wastewater systems at “Where Water Comes,” an interactive science event hosted by Dr. Siwen Wang’s team from Clarkson University’s Civil and Environmental Engineering Department. In this event, young kids and families will have the opportunity to learn about our clean water science through engaging demonstrations of community water and wastewater treatment systems and hands-on activities, including building a water cycle model and creating a water filtration model.

“A flyer for the "Where Water Comes" event hosted by Dr. Siwen Wang's group from the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department at Clarkson University. The flyer features two circular images: one shows a model of a community water and wastewater system, and the other shows a young girl observing a water filtration experiment with a volunteer instructor, an undergrad from Clarkson University. The event includes demonstrations of community water and wastewater systems and hands-on activities to build a water cycle model and a water filtration setup. The event will be held at the North Country Children’s Museum on Saturday, November 9th, with sessions from 11 AM to 12 PM and 2 PM to 3 PM. The North Country Children’s Museum logo is displayed at the bottom.”
